I represent children with disabilities, through their parents, in matters involving discrimination based on their disabilities, such as:

  • Denial of access to public accommodations;
  • State and local programs and activities; or
  • Regular education, special education, and related aids and services.

I recognize the importance of ensuring that children with disabilities have access to the ordinary and extraordinary activities available to their non-disabled peers and will work closely with you to identify and advocate for the removal of barriers.

Representation may include:

Filing discrimination complaints with federal administrative agencies and litigation in federal court under federal civil rights statutes including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
